All of the available letters, submissions etc between HRRA, other local bodies and TCDC are filed here. You are able to read and download files as follows:

• Select the folder you want to view for example Long Term Plans. The number displayed next to it is the number of documents listed in that folder – NOTE: This includes images of the documents used as thumbnails – so in many cases the actual number is much smaller.
• Click on the folder – this will open it.
• The Documents in some folders have had the year added at the start of the title so that the list can be shown in descending order – therefore showing the most recent year’s documents first. 
• You can Download at any time using the Download Button.
• You can re-order the listing using the titles that are displayed in each column.
• You can change the number of documents displayed on a page.
• You can also swap between the default List layout to a Grid layout if you so wish.
• You can also search within the current folders for documents with specific terms in the title.
